3 - 30 Mar 2019, Hayward Gallery, Belvedere Road, London, UK
Learn from top film-makers how to make your own video work on your smartphone in a short course for ages 18 – 25 with Skin Deep and Blackcurrent.
Responding to Hayward Gallery exhibition Kader Attia: The Museum of Emotion and its themes of identity, borders, migration, race and housing, this course gives an introduction to making film and week-by-week hands-on guidance from experienced film-makers and industry leaders.
Over the course, you are guided to create a narrative, plan and develop your visual idea, collaborate with other participants, and learn how to use a phone to its full potential. At the end there is a Violet Nights event at Hayward Gallery, showcasing the work created.
